Fingerprint background checks. This is a good link that explains step-by-step on how to fill out the background form. Providers need to know to check the "fingerprint check required" box. If this is missed it will be returned which will only delay your results. This is important, background checks must now include fingerprint requests. This will be a new step for everyone and could cause major delays and returns. This will become a major noncompliance issue if fingerprints are not done correctly.
